OUR MISSION

The Wilson Legacy
Mop N’ Dip originated in Marion, Arkansas with George Wilson — father of Herman ‘Boog’ Wilson and grandfather of Kenneth George Wilson. These three men are the foundation of everything Mop N’ Dip is today.
Together, they transformed the long-standing tradition of women cooking into family cooking — where everyone gathered, contributed, and bonded over food. From family barbecues to warm summer Sundays, any excuse to fire up the grill became an opportunity to make BBQ sauce and create memories.
Though these three men are no longer with us, they left behind something lasting: a familiar, nostalgic flavor that carries their love, laughter, and legacy. That taste has stayed with our family for a lifetime — and now, we are honored to share it with you.
To honor our family’s legacy while bringing people together through unforgettable flavor — from Marion, Arkansas to every grill in America.
Chef Kay — Co-CEO
Kaylynn Wilson — youngest of five, Co-CEO of Mop N’ Dip — attended Washburne Culinary Institute and is a biology major at Chicago State University. The company was founded by Harvey Herman “Boog” Wilson, Kenneth Wilson, and Camelle Wilson Logan; the grandchildren cultivated the brand, tested the recipes, and together brought it to market. Kaylynn now co-leads the legacy she was raised on — where science meets sauce.
