“Frying the wings first locks in texture, while the slow bake in Charred Kiss BBQ Sauce creates tender, sauced wings that are bold, comforting, and crowd-ready.”
Ingredients — Wings
- 4–5 lbs party wings (or whole wings split into flats and drums)
- 2½–3 tbsp poultry seasoning (only seasoning used)
- Vegetable oil (enough to fill frying pot halfway)
- 2½–3 cups Charred Kiss BBQ Sauce
Ingredients — Sauce
- 2½–3 cups Charred Kiss BBQ Sauce (enough to fully coat wings)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot halfway with vegetable oil. Turn heat to high and allow oil to get fully hot.
- Season wings with poultry seasoning only. Mix until all wings are evenly coated.
- Carefully add wings in batches. Deep fry without flour until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil.
- Allow wings to rest for about 20 minutes so oil fully drains off.
- Place rested wings in a baking dish. Pour Charred Kiss BBQ Sauce over the wings, covering evenly. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350°F for 45–60 minutes, or until wings are tender and fully coated.
- Serve hot — perfect for parties, game days, and family gatherings.
